Colombier Internartional, The Netherlands, is part of Colombier Group, the largest European converter group. The Dutch unit offers services to the graphical industry in two distinct categries:
- Releasing working capital by procuring redundant capacity and stocks & improving bottom line by procuring rejected and damaged material
- Lowering fixed costs by providing the industry with processing capacity at variable cost, and liquidating current assets by recovering redundant and down graded material.
2. Is divided into two operating models:
a) Inhouse conversion includes rewinding, sheet cutting and quillotining services, as well as reel resizing
b) External conversion comprises of activituies carried out at customer's own premises, or any other third party location. These external - also know as Mobile Services - are reel sizing, reel splitting, and reel packing services. There is also a supplementary core insert program for reducing the size of inner cores of reels.
